The last few nights, I have had major problems with my mask. It is a mirage quattro and I am waking up on a morning without it on, obviously removing it in my sleep. I am shattered all day at work. Dont know why after 3 years + this is happening. Only thing different is I have lost a bit of weight recently. Any ideas?

Maybe just the heat?
Have you lost some from your face making the mask more prone to leaking?

It will be the heat, I too am having major probs at the moment sleeping with my mask on. Its just too hot and stuffy. haven't managed a full night all week and keep ripping it off, don't worry it wont belong before the temps get back to normal

Try putting your mask in the fridge, it will keep cool till you nod off
