I have been trying for nearly two weeks to contact James and/or Tom with no response. Does anyone know if they have left? My sleep clinic is waiting to have contact with James but despite many messages there has been no reply.

Hi Patsy, maybe try the Intus office directly. They might be able to give you info. Should be a number on the internet.

I've always found them lovely folks to chat to and very helpful too. Glad you are getting somewhere with the whatever it is. Not sure of the setup but I'm guessing the chat stuff is secondary to the day job and they have to work sometimes (happens to us all, sadly).
