Does anyone remove their mask without remembering it?

    Hi Nicktheman, I still occasionally take the mask off without knowing in the night. I think it's just one of those things for me.

      Hi Cwmfelin. Last night the mask stayed on but I must have the humidifier too high. Set at five, because the tube got water in it, presumably condensation, and started gurgling and when I took the mask off and released the pressure it blew cold water in my face!!!!
      Here's hoping I have a smooth night tonight lol!!

        Never woken up without the mask on, but having a new, full face mask, I feel like throwing it across the room sometimes! My main problem is waking up with the hose wrapped round my neck (I move a lot in my sleep).

          I, too, have a Philips (Respironics) CPAP and mask and I often wake up with the mask off. I find I do it more when I have had a drink or two. Maybe that's the same for you?
