I'm definitely thinking about it, seems every review it gets is very positive. I must admit that it seems less threatening than sticking a small teapot up your nostrils
Main problem is that due to my meagre pension it's quite a lot of money and I really have to be sure it's going to be of benefit to me and not flush my brains out

I knew is was too good to be true, bad night, congestion was back, mask leaked continuously ggrrrrrr... Only good point that my nose didn't feel dry.

At the risk of this turning into my boring blog I seem to be making some progress with the congestion, got the humidifier on warp drive and that really seemed to help. I actually dreamed last night!

        Ok I'll shut up now

                      I'm struggling now

On a slightly more serious note I tried the remzzz liners last night, I cannot understand how such a simple product can make such a huge difference. Slept for a solid 9 hours, did not wake up once. It has been many a year since I managed that!

                      Great product,stupid name

Another fan I told Naturs Design, the inventors/makers of the RemZzzs liners, of your success on Twitter.

As far as the name goes, remember its US roots. Z = Zee so if you pronounce it RemZeeeeezzz it becomes a lot easier to roll off the tongue. If you prefer, just call them CPAP wonderliners or CPAP compliance fixers, whatever you fancy.

And by the way, as many now order them monthly, we're contemplating a few ways to pass on some bulk discounts to make perfect sleep even more affordable.

                            Quick update

Just a quick update for anyone interested, it's a lot less problematic now. Most of the time I get a solid nights sleep, I'm even starting not to think about cpap when I'm in bed.
Nasal congestion is still a bit of a problem, much better than before but I'm still a bit blocked up in the morning. I decided to give nasal irrigation a try, I could not justify the £100 for the Sinupulse in case I could not tolerate the sensation, so I got one of the squeezy bottles to give it a go. While I wouldn't describe the sensations as pleasant they were tolerable and it did seem to make an improvement, so the order for the Sinupulse is in today.

Next on the agenda is serious diet time, all my health problems stem from my weight. Perhaps I'll be able to ditch the mask in a years time I won't hold be breath though.

                            7 stones to lose!

                              Hi Pete

Yes! I was thinking the time to diet has definately arrived, as well. But Tesco are selling Xmas mince pies already, so ...........

Yep, the weight is an issue

I got like a barrel; I could cause whole trees to lose their leaves through snoring (olympic medal class) and I frequently fought the bedclothes all night long as well as waking suddenly in shock and getting very poor sleep. Tired all the time and my knees collapsing. Yes, I admit, my weight was a big factor.
Had some good medical assitance, steady and slow weight loss now almost three stone since Christmas. Makes one hell of a difference. CPAP I find helps me keep my airways clear through proper breathing and I don't get all the mucus and sinus problems I used to. Masks are not ideal and I can't say it has solved all my sleep problems but it's an important part of the whole picture.
Try and lose weight if you can; aint easy I know ; basically I've cut all processed food and joined a monitored program.
