Near death experience
Once upon a time, I was asleep in the forest of dozeyglade. I snuggled up in the yellow ochres and rusty browns of the fallen leaves, which were scattered in the clearing, beneath an old oak tree.As I awoke slowly, my peace was shattered, I was being strangled by my hose!!!! I held it around my neck and tried to pull it away, there was a strange noise, a whishing and gurgling. The sky turned to violet and the sun shone through the trees and was a dark emerald green. This was not normal, I was scared and wanted to be at home in my bed. The hose tightened around my neck like a snake that wanted me as it's last meal! I panicked then, where was my CPAP plugged in? Perhaps I could disconnect it from the mains and the hose would release. My mask???? Where was it???? I looked to the end of the hose and it had turned BLUE!!!!!!!! It was the Gel from my mask. OH MY LIFE!!!!! It was ebbing away,. I wrapped my fingers round the hose, ( I would have wrapped my legs round too if they would have gone
) I wedged myself between the tree and a fallen branch and I pulled so hard I thought my lungs would collapse. The hose fell away and I realised I had had a bad dream. I was on the floor with my hose, the wind was howling through my open window sending leaves all over my bed. The sun shone through my curtains casting an emerald green shadow on the floor. Thank goodness I won't have to live through that again!!!!!
