    Would light therapy eradicate the need for dark therapy?

    I believe that I am in need of light therapy as I function properly at night due to many years of shiftwork. Is this available on the nhs or will I have to go private to give this a bash. Also with more info and research being done in Dark Therapy would it be more practical to go this way as I have no plans of comming of nightshift for at least another 10 years? Probably why I prefer the winter months as I can go all week without seeing any daylight.

    Daylight = Tiredness
    Dark = Wakefull/Alertness

        Read up on this and thought someone must have tried it? What with my nightshift patterns all over the place and not having a good night sleep in years Ive forgotten what propper sleep is like. I know Intus do a light and other companies just wondered if the NHS did something similiar
