Menopause can do strange things to a woman right enough.
However, you have put on a bit of weight and you may need a bit more pressure. Why did they put it up by three, that is quite a jump to get used to! They need to increase it one point at a time, most people will cope putting it up two at a time.
Did the clinic say if your AHIs had gone up?
I can only assume it must have before they put it up? It could be that you are just doing to much, but I suspect they just put the pressure up to far. Ask them to put it up by one to 11 and give it a month to see how it goes. Ask if your AHI had gone up, get them to check it before and after the pressure adjustment. If you are snoring a bit more you may need an increase, but it might not be much of a change that is required.

If it is an APAP you might want to adjust the lower pressure towards the upper level, the closer you get the less of a pressure difference.
A comment you made I'm your first post about your heartbeat being all over the place, if you were having events I would expect it to. It is your body waking up to the fact that there is something wrong, i.e. you have stopped breathing (central or obstructive) and your body gets ready to fight or flight! Is the machine your own or does it belong to a clinic?

          Hi Ali,

You should see your GP about your symptoms. Write them all down and hand the list over. They might be related to SA, but they might not.
          Kind regards, Tricia

As said above moving your pressure around can have a big effect on your sleep. A jump of one point is noticeable but a jump of 3 can really mess things up, a few years ago I decided that my base pressure of 4 was just too low and raised it to 8. I jumped up slowly as I know that pressure jumps can have a detrimental effect. Talk to your clinic again or if your advanced enough do it yourself.
