Hi All, its been a while since I last posted, today I had a check up with the hospital and very pleased they are with me. I started CPAP on the 14th September 2011 and to date I have managed to wear the mask every night, quiet an achievement, and my reading is now 0.6 and it was 55.3 when I started, and according to the data on my card I have averaged 6.8 Hrs usage per night and require a pressure of 15.9 to keep me free from apnea's, my machine is set to 16.

The reason for posting this is for all the New starters, don't give up,if you persist it will work.

I had to make it work as I have Coronary Heart Disease, as well, and my life has changed so much since being on CPAP.
