A compliment?
As for my docs and nurses I do listen to them but sometimes I beleive they are so lacking. If I truly needed advise I would ask on here as I beleive that TF, berneta and the rest have far more knowledge than what Im offered by the clinical staff at the hospital, they maybe able to tell me that my AHI is just over 1 and Im doing fine but thats just readings, its not the real story. As for advise, yes I am grown up enough and have enough common to take some advise and leave some.
For some though this isnt true and will blindy follow without checking or asking questions first, statements like "You need to up your preasure" could be taken literally and then the newbie could go off and do just that without checking first. "Forums a Danger" is a statement from my doctor and in a small way I do agree but there is another statement that "Forums a godsend" as most of us have learnt over the years that some of the best remidies to problems have been found on here. I would advise anyone to seek professional advise before making any adjustments to their preasures.
