    Hi TF!

Thanks for the reply, I'll try to give the meditation a go at some point. The only slight problem is that by the time I get to bed I'm so tired that I just want to go straight to sleep! Hopefully once I've got a few more decent nights under my belt I'll be able to meditate without falling asleep on the floor...

On a positive note my other half emailed me recently pointing out that a local practitioner of NLP and hypotherapy is offering a 10% discounts to employees of the organisation I work for. At £50 an hour she is already £20 cheaper than the NLP practitioner I already know, so saving an extra £5 is certainly a bonus! I'll probably go for the hypnotherapy rather than NLP as the latter appears to be aimed at building self-confidence rather than overcoming problems with CPAP.

I hope that everyone else is doing well and I wish you all a great weekend, assuming I don't post again before then...

    Cheers

      This Works

I had trouble with panic feelings when I started, now I sleep all night and dont take my mask of, how did I do it? Well, I downloaded ambient music of the net and connected my ear plugs to my mask now when I turn my apap on I turn on my music as well, Im asleep very quickly. My favourite tracks are thunderstorms and rain, breaking waves on the shore and any form of wind in the trees or I sometimes just listen to panpipe music. There is thousands of tracks on the net that you can get for relaxation. Works everytime for me and havent had any probs since

Knowing my luck I'd probably start listening to a water-related track then have to keep going to the loo throughout the night!

          Try Something Else

I use wind and rain because I love the sound of it at night also use thunderstorms as well as these things relax me at night, there are millions of other tracks out there find something that makes you relax when you listen to it, you could always try prime Ministers questions
