I was diagnosed with OSA last November and Got a machine in December. (Resmed S8). Well I had problems keeping the mask on and my wife says I'm thrashing around. Also, still feel really rough during the day. So I went back to the Doctor at Oxford and they had me in for a second sleep study. They think I have Nocturnal Epilepsy. Yikes!!! Now got to go and see a Neurologist...

WOW !! You're a connaisseur! Superb tip.Originally posted by nuneatonman37Just a quick guide for you as your waiting to see consultant regarding the epilepsy ,get the wife to make a diary of events that happens each night when you go to sleep if possible .
Things to include ,time and date ,what happened, how long it lasted, what parts of body moved and which sides of body, any little thing can be important to a consultant just that when you do finally get the appointment to see them which could be a few months the first thing they will say is how /when did it last happen or whats happening? .Hey presto you pull out the diary and its all there for them so they can see it.SteveP
