When I bought spares for a Mirage Ultra mask, along with an APAP and mask, in the US, I ordered cushion clips for a Mirage Ultra nasal mask instead of for the full face mask I'd bought.
I discovered this mistake yesterday and rang ResMed UK to order the correct parts. I told them the story and asked if there was any chance of swapping the clips, still in their Respironics packets, even though I'd purchased in the States.
The correct parts (16676) arrived in the mail this morning, along with a pre-paid return address sticker.
I'm greatly pleased by their service and want to appreciate them in the forum.
