It has not gone away with time in my case. Have been on cpap for nearly 18months and still get filled with air at least 4 times a week. its a real problem. Have tried propping the bed head up but not a lot different. I can only hope that if my top setting is reduced from 19 to somewhere like 12 that it eases the problem.

Try setting your top pressure Pmax at 2cm above your 90% pressure and your Pmin a couple below. Ask you clinic if you are averse to self-adjustment.
