Mask as now arrived and on opening I thought it was a mouse mask
Can't believe how small this thing is, so excited about trying this mask, if it works I will convert to nasal masks from now on.

    FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Just tried this mask out for the first time (Couldn't wait till bed time) I have never used this kind of mask before so here goes. The appearance of the mask is 5*, the headgear is lovely and soft and the clips are brilliant. Very simple to put on and with 3 different sizes in the box I got to play with all 3 sizes of nose piece. Also with the pack you get a measuring tool for your nose, I measured medium but settled with a large as it felt better.

As I will be testing it tonight I cant add much more. I know I will probably encounter allsorts of problems with the air coming out of the mouth but I have learnt of a few tricks over the years from others. If it works for me, I'm converting

        Wisp

Hello Sparticus, I'm new to the forum and have been using a full mask for six months, do you still have a Wisp to try out? I've been OK with the full mask and sleep is great but the mask leaves permanent marks on the face even though it is on very loosely. Jo

The wisp is a Nasal mask for nose breathers, I would advise that you stick to a full face mask for now. As for the marks you get this from most masks but once your face gets use to the masks the marks will stop.

Hello everyone, just an update to say that all of the masks available for a trial have now been given out so we have none left unfortunately. Thank you to everyone who has trialed a mask for us and given us the feedback form, it is much appreciated! I believe I have sent everyone who has a mask a feedback form but do let me know if I haven't and I will have one sent to you!

Jo, you mention that you have marks on your face from the mask you are using. Which mask is it? Let me know and we can see if you may benefit from trying mask liners which are designed to prevent marks being left on the face among other things. Alternatively as Sparticus says they may disappear over time, but if you would like to find a potential solution then the liners may be just that!

              Mask marks

The mask I am using is a ResMed Mirage Quattro full face mask and works well apart from the marks. I am using RemZsss mask liners which do make the mask feel better on my skin and the marks are lessened. I'm thinking about making some liners from silk which might lessen the marks even more but could be rather slippery and cause leaks! Perhaps worth a try though. Trouble is that I sleep on my side so the mask tends to dig in (even though I do have a Memory Foam CPAP pillow and strap covers) that's the reason for my enquiry about the Wisp.
