My nasal mask (Resmed Mirage Activa LT) works alright, but I’m putting up with some issues that will become very tiresome. Firstly with my head / neck shape the bottom straps to the mask slip up throughout the night and I start to get leaks. I have “MacGyvered” a chin strap (I’m cheap and won’t pay for something I can make) that helps, but now the result is the mask presses on the bridge of my nose and in the morning I am sore and have lovely lines indicating where my mask sits that stay with me for a few hours. And before you ask yes if I loosen the strap any more the mask slips. My current thought is to try the Sleepweaver mask. I’ve read a lot about it and it seems like a good option. I’d like to hear from someone who actually uses or used the Sleepweaver and get their hands on opinion.
Also I prefer to sleep on my side and this is part of the slip problem and pressure on the nose problem. My thoughts are that with a nearly all material mask it will be more forgiving. All input is welcome.
