  • Almost Divorced But Speaking Again

My Mask and I have not been getting on these last six weeks and it was looking as though we'd be getting divorced. After a trial separation we decided to try again and, if we don't exactly love each other, then at least we are speaking to one another again and trying to cohabit.
I'm using a double gauze pad to fit said lady's lips to my unique nose contours and have found an adjustment of the headgear that doesn't cause the whole device to spring off my obviously conical head.
Now that we've found a position of some mutual satisfaction, the last three days have not gone too badly. Last night we slept together for a total of seven hours in two sessions - the longest yet!
I have to say the when we get it right her caress is not unpleasant and the soft hiss is quite hypnotic and a great deal better than her icy breath blasting my eyeballs or having my nose crushed.
Will we eventually settle down together? Dunno! Early to say but we don't hate each other as we used to. I still find her whole performance pretty weird but people get up to all sorts of things in the privacy of their bedrooms so...who knows? Maybe one day it will be love!

Absolutely brilliant, I am glad you have worked things out, at least enough to pour massage oil on in order to still the waters

By, but it's a good job it's been such a beautiful day otherwise it'd have been awful!

Starts with a letter telling me to claim my State Pension - but their computers were down. Then a 60 year old mate calls to tell me he's made his claim for Pension Tax Credit and will receive £200-odd a week starting Friday, plus Council Tax paid. I eventually get my OAP claim in and I'm to get £100-odd a week starting August!

Coincidentally, that's the same month for my CPAP Clinic appointment - while you are going to saunter into your local drop-in clinic today.

        Justice? Fairness?

And the insurance company are trying to persuade me to have the carpet cleaned before they fix the hole in the roof! At least that must mean they've accepted my claim!

Eee! but the sun shone on us all equally!

            Lamia

I call my mask Lamia - to me she is some sort of scary succubus that clamps me in a smothering kiss and tries to breathe her soul into my body. I still find her a bit disturbing but provided she doesn't try to bite into me or blast my eyeballs maybe we can work something out. As I've said, she isn't at all unpleasant if I don't resist and we do go off to some interesting places when I'm in her power though I still feel somewhat drained in the morning. We shall have to see what adventures we will have.

                Giving?? Giving!!??!

                My Dear jackyk

I'll give you they are giving me something! All my working life - more than enough to give me 100% qualifying contributions - I paid my taxes and NI stamp. I more than paid for the pitance called State Pension. Problem is, the Government spent all my contributions on other things - like giving my mate twice as much as me five years earlier, let alone nuclear bombs and bankers bonuses!

And that last really pisses me off because I'm also paying for them from my private pension fund! Arghhhhhhhhh!

And no, I don't have a drop-in clinic! I have a phone number (that doesn't work - on-one answers) for use in emergencies. Thank god for this forum and its contributors!!

And now I'm late for picking up my grandson for a day out! Arghhhhhhh!

sounds familiar tho tigersfan, my mum only gets the basic pension, whilst others who have done nowt all there life reap the rewards. the reason for her getting minimum? because as, like you, my dad paid into a private pension, which was paid on his death 17 years ago to my mum, so she dosnt need extra off the government. no, there is no justice.

as far as the drop-in clinic, that is the old postcode lottery again. im lucky enough to live in an area where the pct fund this. i have just been told by michelle, who runs the clinic, as from next week its going to be 12 hours a day as a trial for the benefit of those that work.
i have to travel 21 miles to the hospital, but that is far out-weighed by the standards of care and back-up available.
