What's happening at night? Are you taking the mask off and sleeping without it?
I nap (for up to 4 hours at a time, up to 3 times a day!) with the machine. I nap upright on the settee and that's easier because I'm not moving round and so don't disturb the mask. And I'm not sleeping on my side then either. I do this to build up the hours (and to get more used to the mask) - I use the machine all night but have spent quite a lot of it awake. The machine stats for my second week show an average of 9 hours compliant (or whatever the term is) per day - and this is only because of the "napping" because that week I was awake a lot at night.
I'd like to help but I'm not feeling better myself yet either - maybe an old hand could give better advice - Anyone out there?
My problem is that i dont think I have been compliant because the dry mouth and low pressure I think was causing it. The pressure has been turned up and I have to try this for the next 2 weeks. The problem is its not helping my work situation or my financial situation either. I need to get back to work, to hinder my progress I also have feet problems and diabetes which I dont think is helping my GP is trying to address whether the diabetes is causing the extreme tiredness or whether it is in actual fact CPAP

Been signed off work for another 2 weeks and still battling with tiredness, managed 3 3/4 hours last night so must be getting better.
