Ever wondered how to weigh up certain machine features? They all say they're quiet, but how quiet do real users think they are?
CPAP Talk, a big US based CPAP users commmunity, runs regular Product Challenges where they pitch new products against established ones to see how they perform according to real users.
They've just pitched the DeVilbiss SleepCube AutoAdjust (in the US marketed as the IntelliPAP AutoAdjust) against the more established Respironics Remstar M Series Auto with A-Flex in this challenge. The results are in line with what I keep hearing form people.
The SleepCube is more quiet, easier to operate and clean, looks nicer and travels easier (due to its handy bag). Only breathing comfort is won by the M Series unit, but only just, despite/because the SleepCube lacking active exhalation relief.

I know there are a few SleepCube AutoAdjust and M Series Remstar Auto users here... What do you like and dislike most about your machine?
