After a couple of years with my NHS supplied CPAP machine I have started to get a lot of problems with ear and throat infections I dont know if this is common or not? I am pretty certain this is something to do with CPAP.
Most of the time I feel as though I have bad hay fever, I have tried leaving the humidifier off and that seems to help for a day or so but I then start getting very dry nose and its very uncomfortable.
I am wondering if I should look for a new machine? possibly an APAP model so that it can adjust the pressure so that its never higher than it needs to be.
Any thoughts or advice?
