Hope this thread is not too old to post on, but says what I am experiencing atm. Sleep nurse says theres more to be done if I am still sleeping 13-17hrs a night and unrefreshed. TBH am getting depressed which really isn't going to help but I have zero quality of life so can't be helped. Am back to sleep clinic on the 9th July so will let you knwo how it goes...

Depression can have a big effect on your sleep but also many other reasons. Could be a pressure issue. make sure you write all your concerns down if needed so you don't forget to ask any questions or air any problems. Good luck

Ha! Even if I write them down I still manage not to mention them. My brain is fried! I will post a new topic about pressure as mine is set at the autopap reading of 13 atm.

I'm hoping that is 13CM H2O, not 13 atm (atmospheres)... that would be a little extreme! (ok, reading it again you meant at the moment. ;-) - still made me smile!)

Really sorry to hear you are struggling. I hope they can find something to help you

            Thanks.

Am wondering how ElleCee is getting on. Did you get your BiPap?
