I have a Fisher & Paykel Icon Premo, I can't get the software to read the smart stick, does anyone on here know of a site I could go to to download it.

There is no place where you can legally obtain a copy of the software. You will have to get a CD but they tend to be restricted to physician use. Had you been in the UK, you could have sent your data card to us and we'd run the reports for you. But as you're in Perth, not-Scotland, that won't be an option.

Yippee!!!

I finally got a copy of the elusive software. My machine supplier got it dor me, it cost &40 and I had to produce a letter from my GP.
