    As I've been making progress getting myself in a fairly decent shape I've had another study done to see if my needs changed.

    The latest stats are:

    AHI = 48
    AI = 98.7
    CA = 0.0
    Oxygen Saturation minimum 65%
    MA = 0.0

    Recommended CPAP at 11cm H2O

    I forgot what MA and CA stand for, can anyone remind me?

    And how this this compare to your stats?

    On the new machine I get plenty of nights with 0 apneas by the way, happy with that!

    Hi Jack, I don't know a lot about it so I use this cheat sheet:

    MA I think is Movement Arousal - "A body movement associated with an electroencephalographic pattern of arousal or a full awakening; a sleep-scoring variable."

    CA could be Central Apnea?

      Thanks Katie, that sheet is very helpful. Will bookmark it for future reference.
