    Personally, surgery would be the last option for me. As opposed to making long lasting lifestyle changes, surgery is like the easy option out. It's usually due to our own choices we got sleep apnea in the first place, IMO we should have the willpower and persistance to undo it too.

        Yes, I had it. It is not painful. It takes about 15minutes. Bed news is that I wasn't helpful for me.
