    the cat liked it

I tried an aptly named MAD (Mandibular Advancement Device) a few years ago and couldn't get on with it at all. I spent a few weeks trying to watch telly with it in; with a towel on my chest to catch the dribbling.
Eventually I tried sleeping with it in but used to wake up to find the cat playing with it on the floor!

Bit puzzled , do you do the MAD thing in conjunction with Cpap?

Not usually I don't think, there would be no point. I do though wear a gum shield with cpap as I have bouts of bruxism and tongue biting and the gumshield stops it thankfully.

Still hoping I can find something that will make me less paranoid about having a nap on the plane and scaring the pilot with the noise. Best one so far is the nose spready things, not perfect but apparently it makes me a bit quieter and slightly more tuneful.

on the Britishsnoring website they have an interactive test thing that guides you through finding what type of snoring you have, and what therapies may help. It does indicate therapies that work, but do be aware they are trying to sell you stuff as well!
