Has anyone had much success with this device. I tried an oral device provided by the hospital last year made of rubber, but found it very difficult to wear at night, but this looks like an alternative.

I dont even know if it would work for me so forking out over a grand to find it will need more consideration.

I don't know about that exact device, but we provide a similar one called the SomnoDent that is incredibly popular and successful.

Depending on the severity of your OSA, mandibular advancement is a great option. It is clinically proven for treating mild, and some moderate, OSA.

Our Oral-Sleep-Therapy has much more information about this method of treatment so it would be worth having a read on there.

A chap had one fitted to cure his snoring on this program which aired last night. Looked more like a brace than the traditional MADs.

Looked a site more comfortable as well. He tried another type but didn't like it as it was bulky and he felt he couldn't breath. If I was to try any it might be that one. The chap on the TV prog' liked it, but that is just one opinion.
I think the guy who fitted the one on the TV also said he used one at night.

Anyone had any success with this device since the initial posting last year ?

I've been quoted £1400 to get one fitted so keen to do as much research as possible before I commit.
