Oximeters CMS50E help with downloading data please

Does anyone use the above Oximeter? I`m having trouble understanding the instructions.

I wore it on my finger last night and pressed the record function, so there should be 8 or more hours of info in this little thingey.

I have loaded the programme onto my computer from the minidisk and now have two icons on my desktop - a red one and a green one.

I have used the USB wire to link the finger thingey to the computer. I have switched on `Usb` and `Upload` on the thingey`s menu. But nothing happens. The Red SP02 manager stays static and says `not active` and the Green Review one is the same - nothing happens and when I click on `new session` it just says `no device available` at the top.

There is a night`s worth of info in this little finger thingey and I cannot get to it ! Well I assume its in there.

Any computer wizkids out there?

I haven't done it yet. But I looked carefully at the instructions and it tells you how to do it! Good luck

Thanks both. I had read the instructions but my computer was not recognising the minidisk.

Followed Barely Awake`s thread but the download he suggested was only for the CMS 60.

Tried downloading the 1.2 version and it worked for my CMS 50 E. Success !!
