Tongue Suspension Procedure

Yesterday I was talking with my doctor about this procedure http://www.medtronic.com/for-healthc...pnea/index.htm . It looks really good I think. I like it because it is simple and it could eliminate "source of OSA".

What do you think about it?

Suspension surgery

The surgery looks straightforward; the screws are presumably similar to dental implants and I have several of those. But what hapens next; do you have to put your tongue in the sutures each night or are you permanently 'hung-up'?
How comfortable is it?
