That was a good Video i saw a Dr Oko at the Bostonian last week and he diagnosed me with OSA i'm just waiting for my machine it should be here by the end of the week i am so looking forward to getting a good nights sleep and going back to work..

If i have one worry it's the mask it's a full face one and i'v got a feeling it might make me a bit clostraphobic but untill i try it i wont know.One other thing will this cure a dry mouth too at the moment i'm waking up 4 or 5 times a night and drinking nearly a bottle of water..
