Pulse Oxygen Reports

Hi, I have recently been referred to my local hospital sleep centre for a home sleep study. The study took place on the 11th November 2025. Due to the current workload the hospital are citing 3 months before results are available.
As my daytime symptoms are troubling, I purchased a night time pulse oximeter, the finger type that is connected to a receiver and secured to the wrist.
Attached are 3 reports that have been generated so far.
I am not sure how to interpret the results other than to see the desaturation levels as worrying.
It would be a huge help if anyone could take a look and offer an opinion as to whether a 3 month wait is reasonable?

presumably you will be on CPAP now and hopefully much improved.

It looks like your pulse oximeter some quite solid software with it and if you could have adjusted the spread of the results so that they weren’t super deep spikes you would be able to see The shape of the waveform which would be useful for interpretation and to look for artefact such as the probe moving going out of position, not connecting et cetera.

disclaimers aside 75% is pretty low. I think that you get a blue tinge on the nails lips et cetera around 85%. Oxygenated blood is red and goes bluer When it has less oxygen. This stresses the body and will give you a headache in the morning Sometimes.

Did you raise your concerns? Did you get anywhere? I don’t know what to say about wait times as I don’t know what is reasonable.
