NHS and my own machine

Hi, i’m with Royal Papworth Hospital with my sleep apnea and they supply all my equipment but i could not get on with the CPAP machine, its an S9 and find its far to noisy so i bought myself a used S10 Auto Set which i find brilliant. I have a telephone appointment on Thursday and i’m worried they might kick me off there ‘books’. so my question is will they no longer look after me or will they be fine with it. I have been asking for a newer machine for years but they just say the new machine’s are just as noisy (Philips). will i be ok or should i be worried. many thanks
