I have been using my prisma machine for the last 12 months or so but seem to have gone back to as I was over the last couple of months. Is this common or maybe could there be an issue with the machine

When you say "seems to have gone back as I was over the last few months" - can you explain what you mean?
Can you advise whether your CPAP machine is an auto or fixed pressure machine?
What mask are you using and how old is the mask?
Can you see what your AHI (sleep apnoea events per hour) are?
