  • Apnea or not?

Last year, I got 2 home tests both reporting a "severe" obstructive sleep apnea (four months apart). Did a sleep test in a lab this year, came back clean (no sleep apnea at all). I don't snore, i don't fall asleep at tv, don't wake up tired, just sleep light and broken up in parts. Frequent bathroom trips. Urologist saying it is apnea (that's why i was doing the test). I don't think i'm in denial, but certainly confused with 2 contradicting results? Anyone out there with similar experience. What next? Ask for a second opinion from different urologist?

    Good Morning

    Thank you for your post.

I would suggest having a chat with you GP to see what they advise. Sometime lifestyle changes (ie weight loss) can have a positive affect on your sleep apnoea.
