Mask on cpap machine

Hi I have the full face mask and it’s leaving terrible red marks on my face, it’s not sore nor dry but it can leave a mark all over my face, does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to reduce the redness ? X

Can I kindly ask if you have watched a fitting video for your mask online, to see if you are wearing it and adjusting correctly, as some people tend to tighten the mask straps to get a better seal, which in turn leaves red marks.

Oh right yeah I have had to tighten it to get a good seal and no I’ve not watched any videos, thanks for your advice though very much appreciated x
