When I came to age around 45y.o.
I have put on weigh more then 100 kg.
And have got problem with sleeping by apnea.
I have bought CPAP machine. But it does not help.
And I found way to avoid apnea.
For the first of all I start to do exercises for throat (you can found it in internet).
And second thing I start to sleeping face down position.
Now I sleeping much better.
