My school are always on my ass about my attendance and it is stressing me and my mum out. I don't sleep well, I get terrible sleep and not very much sleep anyway. I took 2 days of last week because I had slept 4 hours in 2 days and I was getting dizzy spells and I was sick a few times. I had to have today off because I slept terribly the past couple of nights. I don't suppose anyone knows what I can do to get the school of my ass about this? I sometimes miss out on doing homework due to being too tired and not being able to do it. They think when I say I am tired that it's no big deal, they don't understand how it feels to be this tired and how hard it is for me to concentrate and that a lot of the time it amazes me I can even make it in. Can anyone tell me what I can do? I'm just sick of them getting involved in stuff which I feel is none of their business.

You need to get yourself along to your Doctor and have a serious discussion about why you are not getting the sleep you should be. Take someone with you if you have to, but go see the Doctor.
Don't take any nonsense from them, let them know you are serious and do want something done about it, don't just take pills and sprays without asking them what they are supposed to do for you. The Doctor should get you checked out and tested and after you discuss what is the next step forward, they may be able to send you to a specialist who will be able to help.S2S - Sleep2Snore

Hi location.........What Sleep2Snore said and double it. Sleep loss is really serious and while sleep apneoa might be one reason there could be heaps of others. Remember that sleep deprivation is still used as an effective torture system in some unsavoury bits of the planet and it isn't any better even if its not being done by nasty folks.
You didn't say if your Mum had noticed if you were a heavy snorer, a lot of us don't realise that thats the problem , because we are asleep and can't hear ourselves even though the rest of the house {and on one occasion the neighbour} can def hear it.
Keep in touch with us and if any of us can think of anything useful we will pass it on but to repeat, you need to get more info as to what might be causing it and your doctor is your first port of call. Remember, if you can find a root cause its amazing how quickly you can improve, cpap turned me around in about 7 days and it was incredible the difference in my energy levels plus my wife stopped poking me to make me stop snoring so my bruised ribs got much better too !!
