  • What is my AHI?

I've seen lots of references here to members' AHI's of 60+ "down to 6", etc,
but how can I find out what mine is? If you're asleep, how is it possible to know that you've had X episodes during the night?

Some swanky machines record it for you. Others quote from follow-up sleep studies.

      Hmmm...

I've got a RemStar Plus, and Papworth didn't tell me what my numbers were, just that it "seemed to respond well to the machine"

I just want to know so I can track my improvement in actual, quotable numbers.

Doesn't look like the remstar does that (acording to clinicians manual).

No, it just counts how long it's been running and how many sessions of >4 hours it's been used for.

I guess I'll just have to ask the nice folks at Papworth RSSC.

Or don't use the machine and get the other half to count - all night !
