I went to clinic today and they swapped my machine for BiPap Auto Bi- Flex. Does anyone have one of these? And are they any good?

Given the "Bi-Flex" reference, you probably mean the Philips Respironics System One BiPAP Auto. They are packed with hi-tech features, so yes, they are very good indeed.

Yes that is the one I have been given. I hope I get on with it as I am becoming desperate and very depressed by the whole thing.
