New bad night experience

Woke up about 4am with that "What's going on" feeling...

I think I must have opened my mouth at some point last night, the cpap was blowing full pelt cold air through my nose and it was coming out of my mouth,must have been happening for a while as my mouth was completely dry, pain from ice cold teeth...

Swapped to the Quattro FX, grabbed a couple of large glasses of water, took about an hour to get back to sleep!

Yep, it certainly is. Just when you get to thinking "it's easy" and your AHI is insignificant, along comes some nasal congestion...
