Hi Crofton,
What is the make of your CPAP machine?
Do you have a nasal mask or full-face? ( I am assuming you snore when on your CPAP). Do you snore periodically or the whole time?
Have you tried upping the pressure your CPAP machine delivers? Tweaking the pressure may make all the difference, but how you do it depends on the make of the machine you have.
TF is the man you need to speak to on this particular subject.
Good to know the Therapy is doing you good - keep it up!
regards

Hi Crofton
May I assume your therapy was working well and now not so well even though the pressure settings of the machine are as they were?
If so, then look at how tight you have the mask straps - assuming full face mask.
Nah! too many assumptions. You need to give us a whole lot more info before we can hazard a guess. Machine and model, set as APAP or Cpap, with or without Flex/EPR, mask and model, pressure settings if you can, chin strap or not. If it is a full face mask, do you wear it more tightly now than before - say, because of leakage.

Info
My machine is a Resmed S9 Escape and I have the Swift FX nasal pillow system
don't know the settings as it was all done at the sleep clinic. Have to say some of the questions you ask I don't even understand but if I can give any more info I will. Thanks in advance

It's back to the clinic, then, I'm afraid - tell them about the snoring and ask them all the questions.
You have an APAP and I suspect the lower pressure setting is too low or has become too low as you and your sleep have changed a bit.
What it could also be is headgear straps too tight, forcing your jaw back into your throat . or ..... or ....or. There are too many 'could bes' without the data - your clinic can read it right off the SD card in your machine.
Is the clinic responsive to patients' needs or the oh!so typical 'go and try for a year, see how you get on'?
