Ear noise caused by APAP?

Hi to all.
I am using a Remstar APAP machine the last 2,5 years with excellent results.
(Thank god!)

The last month I've noticed some slight noise in my left ear, or maybe even in the center of my head, something like an old tv noise when left open? You know what I mean..Like white noise.

The rest of the day its almost non existent. Usually when lying down before I wear my mask.(I guess its the time that no other noises occur to cover it)

I am going to see my doctor soon, but I thought I could ask you if you ever had something similar. I've read about sinnitus that seems to be it. Any experience?

I sometimes get the same.

First thing you need to do is check with the doc that you don't have a perforated eardrum...not good that (and should be unlikely, but important to rule out)

After that, for me it seems to be sinus related, and means I spend half my life deaf in that ear. I am trying the Sinupulse machine to see if that helps...only had it a few days, so I'll keep you posted
