I have to adjust my cental heating timer.

Why?
I had set the timer to switch off the heating between 2-4pm when I had my afternoon sleep.
BUT since CPAP I dont have a afternoon sleep.

Mmmm - I turn on the central heating if napping in the afternoon - body temperature drops when asleep. Despite a couple of weeks of more than 7 hours per night with the machine - I still can't give up the afternoon nap....
