sleepwalking anightmare
well av slept walk for along time but mainly sleep sex. Alcahol brings it on more n last night things got out of control. Went to bed after the match n woke up in a police cell!!!! Apparently av got up wid out me girlfriend there (she normally directs me back to bed). Must of been having a nightmare n smashed my house up then went outside in me pyjama bottoms on smashed a couple of windows n came home. shouted abuse at the coppers then invited them in to arrest me. Thing is a dont remember a thing n had been in bed an hour or two n its really freaked me out. Smeared bloody oranges all ova me walls n broke the tele n coffee table. I have neva done anything like this before in my life n its really shaken me up. Does anyone else get destructive while sleep walking n if so have you had any treatment for it?
