how do you stop someone snoring?

i nudge him mostly but i also pull the cover off this always wakes him up so he moves position and gives me peace for a while

Have him buy the Breathe Rite nose strips. They come in two sizes & in in two colors. They work!!!!! He might ask his doctor about the laser surgery that removes the little flap of skin that's in the back of the throat. I have heard that having that surgery permanently eliminates snoring.

He needs help more than you do. Snoring could be a sign he is at risk of brain damage. Get him to a doctor and ask about doing a sleep test for OSA.

apart from a sharp elbow in the ribs,nothing.Snoring could be a sign of an underlying problem if it's really bad or he stops breathing so get him to go to the doctors.
