    Welcome on Board!

    Hi Vivien

Good question, with a nasal pillow to be effective you do need to keep your mouth closed most of the time. The answer can be a chin strap - look at the section of CPAP assessories, use the search engine for key words phrases it is full of posts of what has worked for others. Add to your buddy list the people you like reading from / helpful types etc and you can search all a particular persons posts / threads.

In addition send a private message to James at Intus extremely helpful!

Hope this helps - keep us posted

      Welcome Vivien,

As per my PM back, a chin strap can indeed help keep your mouth closed. Of course, you need to have free nasal airways too.
