Very good lol when I first started out on my machine someone told me that the reason I couldnt sleep was because my brain was listning to the machine and the air rushing around the mask so I cut it out with my mp3 player and listend to rain storms and sea breezes with waves lapping the beach etc. theres load on the net to download, after that I never had a problem with getting off to sleep again

It's great, often go to sleep to the sound of a distant thunderstorm or a tropical rainforest

Whats that smell

You could put different smells at the intake valve and try and guess what they are, just make sure the person placing the items doesnt let one go or youl be smelling that too

I couldn't resist chipping in on this old thread...

I have six cats - 5 of them are totally nonplussed by the mask. One in particular - a siamese called Charlie - does get rather concerned by it... I can't help quoting Darth Vader lines in it to him though, telling him I am his Father and so on... if only to see the confusion and terror in his little face! I do give him a cuddle and reassurance afterwards though... Not really cruel...
