Hi Guys....problems developing. My Ultra Mirage mask is bruising my forehead and leaking a lot because when i sleep on my side (I can only sleep on my side) it catches in the pillow and digs in one side whilst lifting off the other. Quality of sleep is going down again. I thought about nasal pillows but I am a chronic sinusitis sufferer and rarely breathe through my nose at night. A going to hound my local NHS CPAP pusher about this but wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

Excellent Advice!
Both Les & Floaty offer sound advice on this one!
I use a ramp pillow for my neck and combined with the Liberty mask which is smaller than the full face version I find that this works for me.
Some people do not like the extra length of hose with this type of mask but I found it gives me just a little more freedom of movement - so I can sleep on either side or my back without difficulty - hopefully this will encourage you to find a solution that works for you
I do find that I usually end up sleeping on my right hand side - have you or others found that you favour one side?
As I am slightly deaf in my left ear I think I get less noise disturbance by sleeping on my RHS - that's my theory but I'm sticking to it! Cheers
