A humidifier wont cure the problem of cold air, what you need is a heated hose. These are available from James and are very good, I wouldnt be without mine

        Or else ......

You could try warming up your bedroom, of course. It doesn't need to be hot to overcome rain out and cold air gales - just not freezing cold with the window open.

If I forget to switch my heated hose back on after a trip to the loo, I seem not to suffer. But oh! the lovely warm air from a heated hose, scented with PurSleep oils ..... bliss!

          Tube Under My Pillow

The Advice of my local NHS hosipital was to heat the air by placing the tube under my pillow...sufficed to say this did not work.

It is not a satisfactory alternative if your bedroom is not warm all through the night. The only sure cure is a heated hose, have a look at all the various postings on this topic. I have used one for about six months and they certainly do the job
