Have been using Resperonics Comfort gel mask for 3 months. excellent results so far but........I now wake up after about five hours when the air pressure seem to change and I have to overide it. Is this normal? I now sleep longer but it rather defeats the object for this to happen. has anyone have any comments? this is the first time i have used my computer for this type of thing (silver surfer !!)

Which machine did they give you, is it an Auto titrating machine? The pressure can't drop unless it is one of those. If it is, then it should be OK. In such an Auto case, you will also have a card reader, most likely. Your physician can have a look to see if anything is actually wrong. -

It sounds indeed like you have an auto machine in which case you should be able to rely on the decisions it makes for you, in terms of pressure settings and changes. If in doubt, ask your care provider though. If you have doubts you are probably not 100% comfortable with the therapy which could have a negative effect on your treatment.Comment
