Hellllp ive got my cpap and a nose mask now after not being able to get a small enough full face mask..but ive got a stinker of a cold and feel like im suffocating with the nose mask...any ideas folks to help me please?

That's a tough one. For those days it really helps having a decent Full Face lying around. Which makes and models did you try that were too big?
You can also try and open up the nose again by means of a salt water nasal spray. There's been a few discussions on it here, a search for "Jala Neti" or "Spray" will throw up a few suggetsions.
