Went to my Hospital CPAP clinic today for my 3 monthly check. As usual I have been given a pulse oxy. finger bob meter. Which I wear over night and have to take back tomorrow.

Just happened to mention that the silicon forehead pad had come adrift a few times during, the night. The girl said "hang on a second", came back with a brand new replacement mask, same model as the one I like.

I'm well chuffed! I'm just wondering if they will let me keep the old one as a back up? Does anyone know if you can get a silicon parts only replacement kit, if so how much?

Well, I popped into the clinic this morning to return the pulse oxy meter. It recorded a purfect nights sleep. Because of that, instead of another 3 month assement, its now 6 months before the next one.

And the mask, they said chuck it in the bin???? Waste full, I'll see if I can source the replacement silicon parts. Or just use the plastic parts as spares in case I brake something.
